General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Provider and scope

The Special Terms and the Service Description apply in addition. In case of conflict, the Special Terms take precedence over these GTC.
2. Subject of the contract
Act.GPT provides your organisation an isolated workspace with AI assistance and EU AI Act governance features. The feature set per plan (Free, Explorer, Business) is defined in the Service Description.
3. Registration and account
Registration requires accurate information and confirmation of the given e-mail address (double opt-in). The workspace is provisioned automatically after confirmation.
4. Fees and invoicing
Paid plans are billed by invoice; no card details are collected and no automatic debit takes place.
